Graston Technique

The Graston Technique changes the way soft tissue injuries are treated. This instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization is an effective method used to break up fascial restrictions, scar tissue adhesions, and detect areas of chronic inflammation.

The Graston Technique, or GT, uses custom designed stainless steel instruments to preform an effective means of manual therapy. The instruments are designed to "comb over" and catch on to fibrotic tissue, which in turn allows clinicians to detect areas of restriction. Our specially trained clinicians are experienced in providing this form of treatment to our patients, with a high rate of successful results.
Concussion Therapy

About Dr. Lee Day
William Lee Day PT, DPT, MS, ATC, CSCS, EMT, has a Doctorate of Physical Therapy as well as a certification in Athletic Training with a Master’s in Exercise Physiology, and a certification in strength and conditioning from the NSCA. He is also ITPT and ITAT certified through impact. During the course of his career, Dr. Day has worked with several professional sports teams including the New York Giants, and the World League of American Football, the Bridgeport Bluefish, the Sound Tigers, and Arena Football, as well as consulting for the New York Mets. Currently, he is the Medical Director for the Danbury Titans, the Western Connecticut Militia, and for the Danbury Westerners. In addition he serves as a consulting Athletic Trainer for Bethel High School and Immaculate High School.
